Unibet Announces Primary Sponsorship for Kevin Harvick in Two NASCAR Cup Series Races
Unibet, one of the Kindred Group brands, has partnered with the Stewart-Haas NASCAR team of driver Kevin Harvick to be the primary sponsor of the number 4 Ford in the NASCAR Cup Series races at Indianapolis Motor Speedway on August 15th and Martinsville Speedway on October 31st. The deal began with the Unibet logo on the front bumper of Harvick’s Ford at Pocono Raceway doubleheader races on June 26th-27th and represents Unibet’s first motor racing sponsorship in the United States.
The sportsbook operator currently operates mobile sites in Indiana, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and most recently Virginia, with Kindred using the Unibet brand to build on its European experience in online wagering. In addition to the Cup Series involvement, Unibet will also be the primary sponsor of Harvick’s NASCAR Xfinity Series entry at Indianapolis on August 14th.

Kevin Harvick finished eighth in the first of two Pocono doubleheader races, the Pocono Organics CBD 325 and followed it up with a fourth place finish in the Explore the Poconos 350 the next day. The 45 year old Californian is in 13th place in the NASCAR Cup Series standings and is still looking for his first victory in 2021 after winning nine races in 2020 to run his career total to 58.
Stewart-Haas Racing is owned by longtime Indycar and NASCAR driver Tony Stewart along with Gene Haas and is headquartered in Kannapolis, North Carolina not far from Charlotte Motor Speedway. The team runs four Ford Mustangs in the NASCAR Cup Series: Kevin Harvick’s number 4, Aric Almirola’s 10, Chase Briscoe in the 14 that was formerly used by Tony Stewart and Cole Custer in the 41.
The team has won a pair of NASCAR Cup Series titles, first with Tony Stewart in the number 14 car in 2011 and again with Kevin Harvick in the number 4 in 2014, both in Chevrolet’s before Stewart-Haas switched to the Ford brand in 2017.
