Bally’s Partners with Boot Hill Casino & Resort in Kansas
Bally’s Partners with Boot Hill: Sports betting has not been legalized in Kansas, but partnerships are already being fostered in the state. Bally’s Corporation announced a multi-year deal with Boot Hill Casino & Resort for sports betting on Monday. Boot Hill is located in Dodge City, and the property’s leadership is committed to offering sports betting when it’s legalized in the state.
The Partnership
Bally’s and Boot Hill created significant news in the national wagering industry after they announced a partnership on Tuesday. Boot Hill will implement Bally Bet mobile sportsbook as its online skin when wagering is legalized in the state.
All gaming, including sports betting, is owned and operated by the Kansas Lottery. The deal between Bally’s and Boot Hill would transfer the elements of the sportsbook to the lottery. Bally’s will benefit, but they will have to comply with the Kansas Lottery.
This rule will not change when sports wagering is enacted in the state. Ballys is aware of the rule, but leadership is excited about the latest partnership.
President and CEO George Papanier spoke on Monday after the partnership was announced.
“We are extremely excited to work with Boot Hill Casino & Resort in Kansas. This relationship, which marks the 14th state in which customers can access our omnichannel platform, provides a significant opportunity for Bally’s to enter into yet another attractive mobile sports betting market.”
Bally’s has a media partnership with Sinclair Broadcast Group. Under this deal, Sinclair integrates Bally’s logo and sports betting data into broadcasts. Sinclair has access to 19 regional sports networks in the United States.
The company aims to draw people in Kansas to the mobile sportsbook through the televised sports games by Sinclair. When Kansas legalizes gambling, it will mark the 14th state for Bally Bet/
Ballys operates landlocked casinos throughout the nation. Although, the company does not have any properties in Kansas. This will be the third state where the corporation is utilizing another casino to grow its brand.
The company is one of the most prominent names in the gambling industry. Bally’s is expected to headline the Kansas market initially because of how quickly they will launch in the state.
Bally’s and Boot Hill Casino Not Wasting Any Time
Sports betting is pending in Kansas, but nothing has come to fruition in the state. The past debates in the legislature have been over tax rates and revenue allocation. Nevertheless, sports betting will enter Kansas soon.
Boot Hill Casino & Resort CEO Clark Stewart commented on the partnership alongside Papanier. Stewart is very excited to team up with a company as popular as Bally’s for future sports betting in the state.
“This is an exciting time in Kansas gaming history, and as a manager for the Kansas Lottery we are thrilled to embark on this pivotal endeavor with Bally’s. Bally’s has demonstrated impressive growth and has an outstanding operating track record. We are confident that bringing Bally’s diverse and interactive suite of online sports betting solutions to the Boot Hill Casino will significantly enhance the gaming experience for Kansas sports fans.”
The combination of sports fans and gambling desire should create a solid market in the state.
