Best IPL BETS FOR OPENING WEEK

The Indian Premier is about to kick-off on March 31st and should bring a lot of excitement back to the Cricketing world. The IPL has become the most famous annual league in all of Cricket and is emerging as one of the most successful leagues in all of sports.

With a great schedule of games yet to take place next week, let’s dive into some betting picks.

Gujrat Titans vs Chennai Super Kings

The first match of the season on March 31st should be a great one! The defending champions, Gujrat Titans, will take on an aging Chennai Super King squad. The Titans have an amazing well-rounded team with some of the best young players in the world such as Bowler Rashid Khan and Batesman Shubman Gill.

The Super Kings will need to bounce back from last year’s struggles. It might take a few games for this team to adjust even with the addition of English star Ben Stokes. MS Dhoni’s side might struggle in this first game against a much stronger Titans team.

The Titans are listed at -150 to win the game and should not have a serious issue to close a win out in this.

Bangalore Royal Challengers vs Mumbai Indians

Easily one of the best matchup rivalries in IPL history. Rohit Sharma who has established himself as the greatest captain in IPL history will look to shake off their poor season. Bangalore is coming into this season with a lot of heat on both their Bowling and Batting.

The Mumbai Indians will be without their star Bowler Jasprit Bumrah which will cause trouble. Mumbai’s Batting does need to improve also as they seem to lack a consistent Batsman and Bowlers who can play effectively for numerous overs.

Both teams are listed at the same odds to win, -120. Bangalore should be able to win this game given that their squad players have been on fire in International games. Virat Kolhi’s side should be able to contain Mumbai’s Batting and limit them to a low scoring tally.

Lucknow Super Giants vs Delhi Capitals

Lucknow had an amazing inaugural season by making the Finals last season. Their whole squad led by KL Rahul has looked super talented and has a lot left to prove. Delhi will be without their main man and Captain, Rishab Pant, due to a car accident that occurred last year.

Delhi’s squad identity will be questioned without Pant as Australian veteran David Warner will assume the role of Captain. Their squad depth is lacking vital pieces to be a serious contender this year.

The Super Giants are listed at -110 and have a slight advantage per the oddsmakers to win this game. They should be able to lead in scoring and control Delhi completely.
