Continuing on with the Suns vs. Clippers matchup, this won’t be an easy series for the Suns. Although the Suns are favorites to win the West, the Clippers are very capable of making this series go to 6 games.
Expect this series to go to a minimum of 6 games, as the Clippers can steal 2 games within this series and put pressure on the Suns.
Eastern Conference Team To Win NBA Finals
This year I do believe an East team will win the NBA Finals. The East looks stacked, talented, and well-established at the moment. The Celtics or Bucks look most likely to come out of the East. Either team can manage to beat the powerful West teams this year.
Although the Suns look like one of the best teams to win it all, I do believe that they will not be able to manage to beat an East team. It usually takes a superstar an entire offseason to adjust to a new team and roster, but Kevin Durant has not had the amount of time with this team to go the full distance.
Grizzlies To Beat The Lakers
The Lakers are back in the Playoffs after last night’s win against the Timberwolves. Anthony Davis and Lebron will play their first 7 game series since 2021 against a young and hungry Grizzlies team.
The Grizzlies looked great this season, making the 2 Seed. Ja Morant should look to be on the rise and lead his team to success over this Lakers team. Morant finished the season averaging 26.2 points and 8.1 assists. His impressive stat line should see an increase in the coming series.
The Lakers still continue to deal with health issues. Playing a 7 game series with an aging squad will be challenging in the First Round. I do not believe this team is capable of staying healthy and playing at a high level in a series against this Grizzlies team.
